UCSF Annual Report

Comparing the UCSF financial statement of 2001/02 with that of a decade ago reveals some surprising facts. The total funds available have increased by more than $800 million, while the proportion of state support has declined on a percentage basis from 17.6 percent to 14 percent. Federal government support, on the other hand, has risen on a percentage basis from 15.8 percent in 1991/92 to 20 percent a decade later.
